Encountering an issue with a transaction

If the customer enters incorrect receiver account information:

  • If the recipient account does not exist, the destination bank or service provider will reject the transaction. The funds will be refunded to the customer’s TrueMoney Wallet in the full amount of the original transfer. However, the transaction fee will not be refunded, as the transfer was processed according to the customer’s instruction.
  • If the recipient account exists, the bank or service provider will credit the funds to the recipient’s account, the transaction cannot be cancelled.

Note:

  • Once the customer confirms the transaction and the transfer is successfully completed, cancellations cannot be requested.
  • If a refund is issued, TrueMoney will return the transfer amount in Thai Baht (THB) to the customer’s TrueMoney Wallet. However, the transaction fee will not be refunded, as the service has already been processed.
